As of right now, our secret summer project is not a secret anymore! We (Daan & Philip Corsius) are taking part in the Storyland Studios Design Challenge 2024 with our project: HAVEN. The entries from no fewer than 82 teams have just been revealed on Storyland’s website, so now we can share what we’ve been working on.

Our concept for a Location-Based Entertainment venue is centered around a retrofuturistic storyworld, the Hub for Alternative Visions in Environmental Nurturing, or HAVEN for short. At HAVEN, guests experience various attractions, including an innovative take on lasertag, and a dark ride that starts off funny and ends in a majestic finale!

Over the summer, we’ve spent many hours brainstorming, sketching, drawing and writing this brand-new IP. Based on an exciting brief by the Storyland team, we’ve come up with an original world, with plenty of characters to meet and history to dive into.
